IMAGE MAKER

Always interested in the process of making images and drawing, Jason Smith is a graphic designer, illustrator and artist whose work ranges from the whimsical, to the serious, to the surreal.

Graduating from Sheridan College’s Illustration Program, Jason has since gone on to work both as a graphic designer and freelance illustrator. He spent a year working as the primary graphic designer for the retail and commercial design firm Prescription for Retail and is now a graphic designer for The Co-operators in their in-house design agency.

Jason has worked with a variety of clients in both small businesses and larger corporations and has been directly involved in client consultation, branding, brand development and brand management, creative direction and art direction. This has resulted in a variety of rich, powerful graphics that are beautifully rendered for projects that covered logos, advertising, posters, packaging, editorial, apparel and signage.
